Congratulations on scheduling your bridal appointment! We can't wait to help you find the perfect dress! This Frequently Asked Questions guide is to maximize your time and your experience with us.

When do I shop for my Wedding dress?

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays are our most requested appointment days. Following the appointment guide closely allows us to help as many brides as possible. We have many options for all time frames, but we have found 6-12 months before your wedding is an ideal time to purchase your gown.

What time should I arrive at my Bridal appointment?

Our appointments are usually back to back and our small boutique can get crowded easily if brides arrive too early to start searching. 5 minutes early is sufficient. Arriving late takes away time you could be searching for the perfect dress.

How many people should I bring to my appointment?

We would love for you to bring all the guests you want! However, our boutique is very small and our bridal sitting areas can only accommodate 4-6 guests. We can provide more seating during weekdays if you’d like to bring more than 6 guests.

Who selects the dresses I will try on? Can my guests help find dresses?

Guests may help you select gowns, but keep in mind the consultant is familiar with the inventory and can help this process move faster so that you have more time to try on dresses. We ask everyone to browse with gloves to protect the quality of our gowns. Your consultant will help you choose 4-6 gowns to begin your appointment. As the appointment progresses, the consultant will choose more gowns if needed.

How long will my appointment last?

Every bride gets an hour and a half to find the perfect gown. With your consultant’s help, we have found this is the perfect window of time to search, eliminate, and perfect your look!

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring pictures to help your bridal consultant learn your style.

Undergarments you plan on wearing that day (ex: spanx, strapless bra)

Non-traditional shoes you might be considering (ex: cowboy boots, converse)

Are children allowed to come to the appointment?

We love kids! But, the proximity of our store is very small and loud babies or children can be disruptive to other brides.

Will you have my dress size? 

 Yes! Sizes are important to us.  At our store and in most bridal stores, the samples are sizes 10-14.  We typically have sizes ranging from 8-28, this range varies with sales off the rack and new arrivals. We can clamp the dress if it is too big and provide coverage if too small. We are also a certified EveryBody/EveryBride retailer which means we have an extensive selection of plus size dresses. 

Can we take care of bridesmaids and tuxes while we are there?

We have hundreds of styles of bridesmaids to choose from, a great selection of mother of the bride/groom dresses, and a men's tuxedo/suit department. We ask that you schedule a separate appointment for these services on the same day or at a later date. 

*Saturday Bridal Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged $25. This is to protect the time dedicated to our brides; Saturdays often have a waiting list, and we are excited to meet each one of you!
