Out-Of-Town Rental Agreement

ORDERING

-Order will be placed when a payment of half is made.

-A credit card on file is required to rent with us and will be used for late return charges or malicious damages.  

TRY-ON

-Your rental will arrive at the provided address 5-8 days before the event date.  

-Payment is due in full a minimum of four weeks prior to event if being shipped.

-Although we make every effort to provide the perfect fit the first time, size/length adjustments may be necessary based on body changes or personal preference.

-Final size requests must be made before Wednesday at 5:00 pm for Saturday weddings or 3 business days before event. Items requested within this window can be picked up in store or shipped to any provided address for arrival by Friday afternoon. Customer will be responsible for Saturday Delivery Fees of any replacement requests after Wednesday at 5:00 pm.

-Replacements are free if you were measured by a White Weddings employee, and $5 per item if measured elsewhere.

RETURN

-This is a rental and customer assumes responsibility for returning all rental items in good condition by the following business day before 5:00 pm.  

-We are closed on Sundays & Mondays!

- Anyone can return your rental to us if you are unable to. In the case that no one is able to return your tuxedo to White Weddings you may request a label for return for an additional $12.    

- LATE FEE IS $25 PER DAY NOT RETURNED, and will be charged to the Customer’s credit card.

-Rentals not returned by 10 business days will incur a daily late charge of $25 plus a replacement cost of $300.

-Rentals not returned after 10 business days are considered stolen property and further legal action will be taken.
